Bienestar animal: tema relevante para los nutricionistas

Esto y otros temas se tratarán en el VI Clana este mes de septiembre con el aval de Cbna (Brasil) y Amena (México)

La
integración agrícola, pecuaria y forestal y los avances en el bienestar animal
son ejemplos de dos temas de interés general de la industria pecuaria y de la
sociedad que se van a presentar del 23 al 26 de septiembre durante el VI Congreso del Colegio Latinoamericano de Nutrición Animal (Clana).

Investigadores
de Brasil, como el Dr. Julio Cesar Pascale Palhares, de Embrapa, hablarán el
Agua en la Producción Animal: ¿Qué esperar en la próxima década? En su área de
investigación revisa diversos temas, tales como el impacto ambiental de la
producción animal en los recursos hídricos, la demanda hídrica en actividades
pecuarias (indicador hídrico), los indicadores de desempleo ambiental, la
gestión ambiental de propiedades rurales y el monitoreo de la calidad del agua
en unidades hidrográficas.

a hablar el Dr. Mateus José Rodrigues Paranhos da Costa, profesor de la Universidad
Estadual Paulista (Unesp).
