Perú: Crecimiento productivo de 3.8 por ciento para el sector de carne de ave

Entidad gubernamental peruana informó que la producción de carne de ave se incremento en la mayoría de los departamentos de este país.

El Instituto Nacional de Estadística e Informática de Perú comunicó que en el mes de febrero de este año la producción de carne de pollo tuvo un crecimiento de 44.2 por ciento en el departamento de Ica, 13.1 por ciento en Arequipa y 0.4 por ciento en Lima. Estas tres localidades representan 68.6 por ciento del total la producción nacional de carne de ave.

Otros departamentos que exhibieron comportamientos positivos fueron: Lambayeque; 69.9 por ciento; Cusco, 69.3 por ciento; Pasco, 67.5 por ciento; Loreto, 55.1 por ciento; Ucayali, 35.6 por ciento; Piura, 33.8 por ciento; Madre de Dios, 30.5 por ciento; Huánuco, 8.6 por ciento; Ancash, 7.1 por ciento; Cajamarca, 5.6 por ciento; Puno, 1.7 por ciento; Ayacucho, 0.7 por ciento; Apurímac, 0.5 por ciento; y Huancavelica, 0.5 por ciento.

Una situación diferente se observó en los departamentos de: Moquegua, -50.8 por ciento; San Martín, -31.7 por ciento; Amazonas, -22.9 por ciento; Tacna, -14.1 por ciento; Junín, -4.9 por ciento; Tumbes, -2,2 por ciento; y La Libertad, -1.3 por ciento.

En el contexto total peruano, la producción de carne de ave se incrementó en 3.8 por ciento, como resultado de las mayores colocaciones de pollos BB y por el aumento de las aves sacrificadas.
