Nueva planta para la producción de un nuevo producto Celmanax SCP.

Vi-COR el mes pasado abrió una planta de fabricación y almacén de 6,500 m2 dedicada a la producción de un nuevo producto especial. Celmanax SCP es el primer producto en polvo concentrado soluble de una combinación de levadura que hay en la industria. Combina tres componentes: levadura hidrolizada, extracto de levadura y cultivo de levadura, que se procesa y deshidrata sin un vehículo. “Esto le da al usuario final un producto sin ningún problema de OMG”, dice Mark Holt, presidente Vi-COR. “El desarrollo de un producto innovador sin vehículo fue de la mano con el desarrollo de un nuevo proceso para la entrega del producto”.   

Vi-COR fabrica ingredientes de alimentos balanceados a base de levadura para pollos de engorda, gallinas ponedoras y pavos para todas las etapas de crecimiento. Celmanax, que también se vende en polvo y en líquido, sustituye a productos a base de levadura en dietas avícolas que contienen mananos y glucanos de levadura, además de que ofrece el beneficio adicional del cultivo de levadura. La investigación ha demostrado que Celmanax puede:

  • Promover el crecimiento sin necesidad de antibióticos;
  • Acondicionar alimentos balanceados marginales;
